Excellentia BPO provides the Documentation and Information Management, Analysis, Control, Validation and Monitoring Service of Trucking Companies and their Subcontractors who provide Services for our Customers, with the firm purpose of Verifying Compliance with the Legislation, Agreements between parties, Business and / or Corporate Goals, to Prevent, Minimize and Eliminate Risks in Solidarity, essentially making a positive substantive Reduction of Indirect Hiring Costs.

The Transport Control Service allows the Customer to have constantly updated information regarding Compliance with the filing of the Information and Documentation of Business, Personnel, Vehicles and Equipment assigned to the provision of Services within and / or outside their plants, as appropriate. The type of information to our Customers will be defined according to the specific needs of each one, making available to them the Programmable On Line System developed by our Company for this purpose.

The Transport Control Service also allows the Customer the possibility to have all the Documentation and Information On Line, which will greatly facilitate their Freight Management, and Assignment of Contractor, either by Documentation or Equipment Conditions (Vehicle Type, Load Capacity, etc..), and avoiding delays in Loading and Unloading for not complying with the required Documentation in a timely manner.
