Excellentia Compliance provides Consulting Services and the State Verification Audits of Compliance and Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, in accordance with criteria established by the SA 8000, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the United Nations Global Compact, including its Suppliers and / or Contractors, in order to maintain reasonable evidence that the requirements of these Rules and Principles are met and applied by them.

Audit Process:

Audit Coordination: Contact with the officers of the Companies to be Audited, with the aim of agreeing the terms of the development of the Audit.

Venue: Customer Premises and / or Suppliers and / or Contractors Premises.

Development: Opening Meeting, Facility Tour and Visual Verification of Working Conditions, Documentary Evidence (Policies and / or Procedures and / or Pictures and / or Supporting Documentation), Interviews and / or Surveys of Staff and Closing Reunion.

Audit Bundle: Audit Report preparation and bundle attaching each and every evidence.

Audit Bundle Delivery: Customers may elect to receive the “Printed Bundle” of each Audit, or the modality “Display Bundle” complete (Auditor’s Report and all evidence) of each of the audits through the display system that Excellentia Compliance provides for this purpose.
